THE JEWELRY EXCHANGE

THE JEWELRY EXCHANGE

Take advantage of a unique opportunity to meet one-on-one with members of our highly qualified network of pawnbrokers. This is “bonus” time outside of Trade Show hours set aside for our valued partners to do good business with good people. 

In order to participate in The Jewelry Exchange, companies must be a current Pawn Expo 2022 exhibitor and be pre-approved by the NPA to participate in The Jewelry Exchange. 

The Jewelry Exchange Registration Fee:
The fee to participate is $850 for Day 1, $550, for Day 2 or $1,300 for both days. 

The Jewelry Exchange Hours:
Monday, July 11, 12pm – 6pm
Tuesday, July 12, 11am – 2pm

All company tables must be staffed during The Jewelry Exchange hours. 

The Jewelry Exchange hours are in addition to the normal Trade Show hours, which are on  Monday, July 11, 12pm – 6pm, and Tuesday, July 12, 11am – 2pm.

Each participating company will receive the following: 

  • (1) 6′ x 30″ table with tablecloth 
  • (6) chairs – 3 chairs on each side of the table
  • 1 power strip
  • An 8 ft. high drape will be provided on both sides of each table for privacy

The space will be 8 ft. wide and 8 ft. deep.  All items must fit within this space. Companies are permitted to bring their own tablecloths or backdrops as long as they do not impede fellow participating companies. Nothing may be attached to the walls or floor. Valuables may not be left in room overnight, a safe room will be provided for overnight guarded storage if needed. Lunch will not be served in the Jewelry Exchange, all vendors are responsible for their own lunches outside the Jewelry Exchange hours. 

Appointments:
Appointments are not required for The Jewelry Exchange. Attendees may choose to make appointments with participating companies, but it is not required. Participating companies may promote that they are participating in The Jewelry District and may accept advance appointments from attendees. A list of companies participating in The Jewelry Exchange will be available at PawnExpo.com for convention attendees. 

Cancellation:
If a company cancels its participation in The Jewelry Exchange, no refund will be issued.
